This love affair led me to undertake a one-year diploma course with the British Academy of Crystal Healing (BACH) in Manchester, involving a monthly five-hour journey both ways. Following this, I embarked on a post-graduate retreat in the enchanting mountains of Spain, which marked the beginning of my deep dive into energy work.
