Awaken the Messenger Within · Reclaim the Voice of Truth · Integrate the Light and Shadow
The magpie is not just a bird—it is a mystic, a bridge between worlds, a seer of the hidden, a voice of truth cloaked in song and silence. A bringer of balance between opposites. In this breathwork session, we invoke the spirit of the magpie to awaken these same qualities within you.
Through somatic breathing and coming close to hear the whispers of the Earth, this session invites you to:
Reclaim your voice – Allow the truths you’ve hidden, feared, or forgotten to be spoken, to be heard. The breath will clear the channel and your throat chakra.
Integrate your shadow and light – The Magpie’s black-and-white feathers mirror our own duality. We are neither shadow, nor light. We are both. The spirit of the magpie will show us where we are still holding on to one or another.
Connect to unseen guidance – The Magpie will open your inner sight to messages from spirit, your ancestors, and your deeper self.
Embody playful curiosity – Magpie medicine calls you to find the sacred in the strange, the shimmer in the mundane, the magic in your own story and the breath will clear the channels for this energy to flow freely within you.
Reveal hidden gifts – The magpie loves gathering shiny treasures, so in this this session she will be guiding you to uncover the sacred in the ordinary, the beauty in your wounds, the power in your uniqueness and any hidden insights, talents, or spiritual gifts you might not be aware of.
This is not just breathwork. It is a ceremony of remembrance, a reclamation of your soul’s voice, and a return to embodied wisdom. The magpie is calling for you.
If you have seen magpies lately or heard talk about them or you resonate with the wisdom the magpie carries written above, come join us in this powerful session.
Come as you are. Leave with a deeper sense of who you’ve always been.
