This belief doesn’t begin in adulthood. It begins with in the early life experiences where your needs or emotions were not met with acceptance, understanding and love.
You may have learned to shrink your joy, soften your anger, mask your confusion, or overachieve just to feel safe and accepted.
And over time, the message became internalised and we start losing our connection to who we truly are, our connection to our innocence, our purity and this belief becomes our distorted truth:
“If I want to be accepted, loved, I must be whoever others need me to be.”
“Never in the Wrong” is a Holosomatic Breathwork journey into the roots of shame, guilt, and self-rejection.
Here we create a safe space where you can feel the pain of being wrong, the pain of being too much or not enough.
To meet the parts of you that have been silenced or pushed into oblivion.
To feel this pain so that it may be released and to breathe yourself back into wholeness.
This is not a session to fix you—because there is nothing wrong with you.
It’s a space to remember your innocence, your worthiness, the truth—beyond what the world mirrored back to you.

Breath is a key to the subconscious. It bypasses mental defences and reaches the place where these core wounds live.
Through conscious breathing, you’ll allow stuck emotion to move, suppressed truth to rise, and fragmented parts of self to return.
And when we breathe together, something ancient awakens in us.
We remember we are not alone.

Holosomatic Breathwork is a powerful somatic and energetic practice that may not be suitable for everyone. Please read the following contraindications carefully. This practice is not recommended for individuals who are:
In early or unstable stages of pregnancy
Living with severe cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure not managed by medication, or recent heart surgery
Diagnosed with epilepsy or seizures
Experiencing untreated schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or psychosis
Recovering from recent major surgery or physical injury
Under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs on the day of the session
If you are currently under psychiatric care, please consult with your healthcare provider before joining. A trauma-informed approach will be held throughout the session, but this work can bring up strong emotional or physical responses and is best entered with awareness and support.
